Kitchen Helper
Support daily kitchen prep and help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and ready for service.
What you’ll do
Prepare meat and vegetables according to training, recipes, and food-safety procedures
Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Clean and sanitize kitchen stations, floors, storage areas, and waste areas
Stock supplies and assist with other reasonable kitchen-support duties as assigned
Follow lawful workplace instructions from managers and ownership and promptly raise questions or safety concerns
What helps
Kitchen experience is welcome, but not required; training is provided
Spanish or Korean language skills are helpful, but not required
Ability to work cooperatively in a warm, fast-paced kitchen
Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds as part of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation; heavier items are handled with team assistance or appropriate equipment
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
